Natchitoches Parish (September 16, 2026) – Following an investigation into fires set behind two separate businesses in Natchitoches, State Fire Marshal (SFM) investigators arrested Seth Leach, 20, of Natchitoches, on September 14, 2026, and charged him with two counts of Aggravated Arson.
