CALDWELL PARISH (August 25, 2026) – The Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal (SFM) has arrested 64-year-old Cynthia Lisenby of Columbia in connection with a June 22, 2026, residential fire that investigators determined was intentionally set as part of an insurance fraud scheme.
