Allen Parish (Sept. 14, 2026) — An Allen Correctional Center inmate is facing new charges after setting fire at the state prison in Kinder. State Fire Marshal (SFM) investigators charged 32-year-old Daquine Banks with Fire Raising at a Correctional Facility on September 11, 2026.
