East Baton Rouge Parish (October 9, 2026) – Louisiana State Fire Marshal (SFM) investigators arrested 49-year-old Chastity Lewis of Belle Rose Tuesday in connection to insurance fraud involving a car fire on Interstate-110 North near the Capitol Access Road exit in Baton Rouge. She is charged with one count of Insurance Fraud.
